In a Finder window, Click the My Cloud device under the shared items in the side bar.Click the Windows icon and click Network, or Start > Computer > Network.
You can now drag and drop files into (and from) the Public folder using Windows Explorer
Once you've physically connected your My Cloud device, use the following steps to access the Public folder.
